A night dedicated to women, connection, education

A night dedicated to women, connection, education and celebrating the incredible journey of womanhood. 🥰

We brought our community together for a beautiful FREE Women’s Health Night, opening up conversations about the changes women experience throughout their lives, from hormonal shifts and the menstrual cycle to perimenopause, menopause and life beyond. 🫣✨

Because our bodies are constantly evolving, and every stage deserves to be understood, supported and celebrated.

From the changes we can see to the ones we don’t always talk about, creating a space where women feel heard, empowered and educated is what it’s all about.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, shared their stories, asked questions and made the night so special. And a big thank you to our amazing team for making it happen. 🫶

Here’s to more conversations, breaking down stigmas and supporting women through EVERY stage of life. 🥲

✨ Pelvic girdle pain: because growing a tiny hum

✨ Pelvic girdle pain: because growing a tiny human is already enough work!

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring a whole lot of changes to your body, and for some women, that includes pelvic girdle pain (PGP).

You might notice it as:
🤰 Pain around the front of your pelvis or pubic bone
🍑 Aching across your lower back, hips or buttocks
🚶‍♀️ Discomfort when walking, rolling over in bed or climbing stairs
🦵 Sometimes pain that travels into your groin or thighs.
But here’s the thing… pelvic girdle pain is common, but that doesn’t mean you just have to put up with it!

With the right guidance, tailored exercise and a little understanding of what’s going on in your body, physiotherapy can help you manage symptoms, improve strength and get back to doing the things you love.

At Niche Physio & Pilates, we’re all about helping women feel stronger, supported and confident in their bodies — through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. 🤍

Experiencing pelvic pain? You’re not alone, and we’re here to help!

No pain doesn’t always mean no problem. 👇

One of the biggest mistakes we see is people stopping rehab the moment their pain settles.

The pain is gone, so they get back into running, footy, CrossFit, the gym… and a few weeks later they’re right back where they started.

Why? Because pain is usually the first thing to improve. Strength, control, balance and your body’s ability to handle load take much longer.

That’s the difference between feeling better and being ready.

Our goal isn’t just to get you out of pain. It’s to rebuild the strength and confidence your body needs so you can get back to doing what you love—and stay there.

That’s why we combine hands-on physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates and progressive strength training, so you’re not just recovering… you’re becoming more resilient.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of getting better, then getting injured again, it might be time to rehab differently.

📍Book in with our team and let’s get you back stronger than before.
