Fitness Pilates classes are held with Kaitlyn, our Remedial Therapist. Kaitlyn has 8+ years of experience working with the body and 5+ years of doing Pilates herself. After suffering a lower back injury, Kaitlyn found Pilates and saw the extensive benefits it had. Finding a passion fast, she decided to up skill and become a Pilates Instructor herself.
