At Niche we charge a cancellation fee if you fail to give us reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment within our cancellation policy timeframe (6 hours), or if you simply fail to show up to an appointment without giving us any notice.
We understand life can be busy and things can unexpectedly sometimes come up. Please let us know the reason why and we may take this into account, but repeat offenders will be penalised. We don’t like doing this, but please understand that by not turning up it prevents our other patients who need treatment from booking in. Thank you!
