Clinical Pilates Exercise Class.
Semi-supervised small 3:1 class for 50 minutes. Individualised and tailored repertoire suited to you and your goals or injury.
$65/class when purchased in a pack of 5 or 10 in the clinic ($75 casual).

Group 6:1 Exercise Reformer Class
Reformer Group Exercise Class.
Semi-supervised small 6:1 class run for 50 minutes. Must have some Pilates experience and not be too injured for this class.
$39/class when bought in a pack of 5 or 10 in the clinic ($44 casual).
