Carly at niche physio has been a life saver with multiple sport injuries requiring immediate attention and the take home work has always been the right amount. Put this all together with a beautiful Pilates studio professional and experienced staff makes for the perfect combination against any injury.

I initially went to Niche to have a neck complaint assessed. I was impressed by the treatment and the programme required to rectify the issue. I have been regularly attending to complete the exercises for my recovery. Although I think everything has been resolved I will continue with the Pilates as I have found the benefits to be rewarding. I have regained strength in many parts of my body that had been neglected. Carly is an amazing professional who motivates and creates a targeted programme to deal with my individual needs. I can't speak highly enough of the facility and the equipment that is provided and have recommended Niche to many of my friends and family.

This is a fabulous studio. I always feel relaxed and comfortable attending sessions ( given I am far from a perfect 10 in body type and have some challenging health issues ). Carly is a very knowledgeable and experienced practitioner and as an added bonus she is friendly and caring. Niche Physio gets a 10/10 from me . I highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly physio - those who are already fit or, like me, those trying to recover some fitness and wellness.! Michelle ( Retrorapd)
