Book with Bel

A fantastic team. Knowledgeable and caring. They’ve helped me with many aches and injuries over the years and I can always count on the best level of treatment.

Charlie was great. I valued his input.

Really enjoyed my Rehab at Niche Physio. I had a skiing accident in Feb whereby I tore my ACL (completely), MCL and a partial meniscus tear. I was keen to keep up my Pilates whilst trying to regain my knee stability, strength and bend. Charlie was very mindful and careful to ensure my rehab programme was not too intense but was varied enough to keep it interesting. I am now back to regular reformer Pilates and have regained the stability and flexibility I need to get back to all the things I enjoy in life.

I attended Niche Physio & Pilates in Mount Hawthorn based on recommendations I had seen in Google. Charlie Castleden was the practitioner that worked on my neck injury. Charlie is a wonderful practitioner, patient and deeply knowledgeable. His treatment has produced amazing results in a very short period of time. Highly recommended.

Carly is a wizard at physiotherapy! 🧙‍♀️ I’d seen a few physios before finding her, and the difference has been huge. Her experience and knowledge really show, and she’s helped me with a number of ongoing issues. She’s also warm, welcoming and genuinely easy to talk to, you feel comfortable and listened to from the start. I’m very grateful to have found Carly and will continue seeing her. Highly recommend! 🙌

After I injured my back in the gym, it also kept me out of the water and not being able to surf. But thanks to Charlie I have been progressing quicker than I thought and already looking to get back out on the waves!

Great staff and always friendly

Carly is wonderful and has helped so much to get me moving again. I look forward to coming to a Pilates session each week. The variety of exercises has really improved some troublesome areas.

Saw Charlie today as Carly my go to physio was fully booked. Charlie was amazing, especially with his dry needing. My shoulders and neck thanks him !!!!

Excellent experience! Amelia is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me recover. I never felt rushed, and every appointment was focused on my specific needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio who truly listens

Majda is an excellent physio with her knowledge and experience she has guided me into a healthier body on multiple occasions now, highly recommend.

The clinic also has extremely friendly and welcoming staff!

I saw Charlie after developing sudden neck and upper back pain overnight. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and the treatments he provided made a huge difference. After just three sessions I was feeling so much better, and he’s given me the motivation to get back into the gym and build my strength. Such a warm, friendly clinic!

Highly recommend Amelia at Niche Physio! Her approach is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains everything clearly, and tailors treatment to your individual needs. Within just a few sessions, my pain was gone and I’ve seen a huge improvement. Thank you, Amelia!

Physio Amelia was great. A couple of sessions of acupuncture worked a treat to ease my neck tension headaches. Definitely hit the spot! And the taping made me more aware of correct posture. The exercise recommendations with the guided video demonstration was very easy to follow and provided relief too. Thank you Amelia! Highly recommend.

The team at Niche Physio and Pilates are fantastic. After a recommendation to see Bel recently, I found her to be very knowlegable and caring. She is an excellent remedial massage therapist from assessment, treatment and ensuring you have a really good understanding of your symptoms and management. Thank you Carly and Bel ☺️

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Niche. Alexia is very knowledgeable, offers hands on treatment (including dry needling which is very useful for me) and gives me lots of exercises and stretches that I can do at home. The small group Pilates classes mean that you get a tailored session and the remedial massage being available at the same site is very convenient for me! Would definitely recommend!

Niche Physio and Amelia have been awesome for my two young daughters. They have enjoyed working through the Pilates program that's been designed, especially for their needs. They have really connected with Amelia who has made it safe and fun.

I’m based in London but travel to Perth for business all the time, I can safely say that Majda is better than any of the physios or Pilates instructors I’ve ever experienced here. Seeing Majda is honestly the highlight of my trip, I’d be a broken woman without her Pilates. I’d highly recommend visiting her as there’s nothing she can’t fix.

I have recently seen Charlie from Niche regarding a painful shoulder problem which was affecting not only my daily living but more importantly my surfing.
Charlie was great, he did a fantastic job finding the problem and resolving the issues quickly to get me back in the water.
It’s a bonus to have found a good physio - especially one who understands surfing!
Thanks Charlie
Cheers Ron

Niche is a fantastic physio/ Pilates studio.
Randomly stumbled across them when looking for a physio to help with my ongoing lower back issues. Knowing I wanted clinical Pilates also. Majda is fantastic and very knowledgeable helped me with my lower back but also helped my daughter with an incidental sporting injury. I’m really enjoying getting my strength back with the clinical Pilates classes, but also know that they’re there if any issues will arise. I would definitely recommend coming here 😊

Carly at Niche has been instrumental in my healing journey. Very grateful for her continued support and guidance along a journey that is otherwise quite lonely and difficult. The weekly clinical Pilates sessions keep me motivated and are a great way to progress exercises as my injury heals while maintaining a structured program with regular touch points. The studio is lovely and the team is friendly. If you are looking for a differential experience, give clinical Pilates a try!

Thank you to co-owner Carly for recommending Bel, and making the booking process seamless. Bel was amazing - very knowledgeable and professional. My neck and upper back tension has definitely eased. Loved the clinic - what a vibe!! Friendly staff members from the moment you walk in and great personalised service. The merchandise and socks looked great too. Can’t wait to come back!

Carly is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and great at explaining what is going on and tailoring exercises to my needs. Really appreciate the time and care taken. All the staff are lovely and the facilities are great. Can’t say enough good things!

I’ve been attending Niche weekly for a few months and I absolutely love it! All the Physio’s are so friendly and welcoming. I’m working with Amelia and I couldn’t recommend her more. She takes the time to listen and tailor each exercise to my capabilities whilst still pushing me to improve each week. It’s honestly the most I’ve enjoyed exercise in a very long time and that is all because of to the environment and experience they provide at Niche!

Highly recommend Majda — she’s an excellent physio, an even kinder person and you genuinely get the impression that she wants to cure you of pain. Her Pilates programme has made a huge difference in correcting my anterior pelvic tilt, improving both my posture and core strength. She explains everything clearly, focuses on proper technique, and keeps you motivated throughout. Really grateful for the results.

I had a fantastic experience with Niche Physio. They were able to fit me in for a last-minute appointment within an hour, which I really appreciated while having a painful back. From the initial phone call through to leaving the clinic, the customer service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.

The appointment itself was thorough and supportive, and I left feeling confident with a clear treatment plan moving forward. Highly recommend the team at Niche Physio for anyone looking for caring and approachable physio care!

I can’t recommend Majda highly enough. As someone who is hypermobile, finding a physio who truly understands how to work with my body has been a game‑changer. Her clinical Pilates sessions are thoughtful, personalised, and focused on building real strength and stability. Majda is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel confident and supported in every session. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my control, strength, and overall confidence in movement.

Majda is an incredible and diverse physio. I have been seeing her for 7 years for various conditions, injuries and on going clinical pilates maintenance. I am hypermobile and have various womens health concerns which have been always been effectively managed, supported and encouraged towards a better quality of life within my treatment plan. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my body!

I honestly can’t recommend Niche Physio & Pilates enough. After suffering a knee injury at work, the whole team has helped me so much throughout my recovery journey.

From day one they’ve been incredibly welcoming, approachable and friendly, creating such a warm and comfortable environment while still being highly professional. You can genuinely tell how experienced and knowledgeable they are, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel supported.

What has stood out most to me is how well they’ve adapted my treatment to suit my lifestyle and work situation. Their communication has been outstanding, not only with me but also with my workplace, which has made the whole process so much less stressful.

You never feel like just another appointment there — the team truly cares about your progress and wellbeing. I’m so grateful for all the support they’ve given me and I genuinely believe they are worth every cent. Thank you all so much!

I had an accident at work and my orthopedic referred me to Niché Physio and Pilates. Amelia was very thorough in assessing the issue and took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly. The exercises were tailored to my needs. Amelia’s encouragement, support and expertise helped me made great progress. Still have few more sessions with her but I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking quality physiotherapy!

Saw Charlie for ongoing knee pain and it was a solid experience from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and put together a plan that actually felt realistic to follow.

He’s easy to deal with, professional, and you can tell he knows his stuff. I started noticing improvement pretty quickly, which was the main thing.

Would recommend him to anyone needing a physio who gets straight to the point and delivers results.

Extremely knowledgeable and thorough and took time to work out the best possible solution 🙏

Highly recommend! Carly was super helpful and knowledgeable with my back issues while very supportive in still helping me achieve my exercise goals.

My experience has been great.
The staff are amazing and extremely professional… it’s a very friendly environment and I would highly recommend.

I have just completed the GLAD program for my very painful knee. I never thought I’d have any relief - but amazingly after six sessions (halfway through the twelve required to complete the program) I’ve experienced great progress and not having any pain. So fabulous! 🙏
Majda was a marvellous physio who provided guidance and an enjoyable session with other clients involved in the program. The exercises are easily done at home or at my gym. I’m so thrilled with the progress. Thanks to Niche for assisting me - especially Majda! 👏👏👏

The clinical Pilates classes here are FANTASTIC! Super welcoming, tailored for each individual, professional and most importantly, fun. I love them. Highly recommend Niche. All the staff are excellent. Wendy-Anne

I've had a really positive experience with my physiotherapist. They were friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt supported throughout, and they were always prompt in writing reports for my GP, which helped me quickly move on to the next steps in my treatment. I would highly recommend Alexia and her team.

In late Nov I had a fall and injured my knee. Afyer 2 weeks i realised I needed help. I went to my usual physio and was not looked after. My son saw how much pain I was in and suggested I visit his wife's physio and that is how I found Niche physio. I was so lucky to meet Alexia the next day and her caring, professional and deeply understanding manner was so welcome. Alexia is an outstanding physio who understands her patient's needs. Her massage techniques brought me so much immediate pain relief. She is amazing. I am so grateful for the incredible treatments, aftercare and information I have received and would not be this far along with my recovery if it weren't for her outstanding work. Thank you.

Alexia helped a lot with rehabilitating an ankle tendon tear, super knowledgeable and excellent service!

Strongly recommended. Very competent and friendly. Amelia was outstanding at identifying the cause, treating quickly and providing a long term exercise solution to hopefully reduce likelihood of recurrence.

Friendly staff, excellent care, and a great overall experience. The physios are attentive, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend

Love coming here! everyone is so inviting and happy all the time.

My whole family has been attending Niche Physio & Pilates since they opened, they are an outstanding team and devoted to the health and wellbeing of their clients. Highly recommend.

I have been to many physio’s over the past 12 months for lower back pain all with minimal improvement. Then I found Carly. She listens, and truly understands my pain and how to treat and manage. My standard consults along with clinical Pilates has by far been the most effective. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have me for life. 5* rating not enough to express my gratitude. Highly recommend.

I am very very thankful to have come across Cory. Having had a back issue and seeing many professionals, from osteos, chiro and the list goes on. I felt coming in....am I going to be just told lets manage it....

Cory was so precise, asked questions, listened, calm, professional, honestly a gem. You can tell he has not only the knowledge but experience of understanding that!!
He fully explained to me what was happening and honestly it made so so much sense. I have applied the homework given to me and I am excited to see what the next steps are.

Thankyou Cory for moving from NZ to Perrh😀. Thankyou for bringing in such amazing awareness with you and in your work.

I’ve been seeing Carly for physio treatment and Pilates throughout my pregnancy, and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through without her. I was struggling to walk due to pain, and Carly gave me the right guidance and exercises to manage it. Her knowledge, care, and support have been invaluable in helping me manage pain and continue moving through pregnancy.

Following major surgery, I've been going to Niche Physio & Pilates for 3 months now. Not only have the tailored clinical Pilates classes assisted in my recovery, but they have also given me more confidence and strength than I had before the surgery.

Thank you so much to Alexia and the team at Niche!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience working with Alexia and welcoming team at Niche Physio. Alexia is an incredible physiotherapist – attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. She helped me recover from shoulder pain and improve my overall well-being and explains every step clearly. Felt real improvement after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!"

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Niche Physio & Pilates, and I especially want to highlight the incredible care provided by Cory Glover. Cory is truly an exceptional physiotherapist—skilled, patient, and genuinely committed to helping you get better. From the very first session, Cory took the time to listen carefully to every concern I had. He never rushed the assessment and made sure he understood the full picture before moving forward. His explanations are clear, reassuring, and easy to follow, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. What really sets Cory apart is the quality of the rehab exercises he prescribes. Every exercise is purposeful, tailored, and effective. He doesn’t just hand out generic routines—he creates a plan specific to your needs and guides you through it with encouragement and precision. I noticed improvements much faster than I expected, and each session helped me understand my body better. The overall atmosphere at Niche Physio & Pilates is warm, professional, and welcoming. The team is friendly, the space is clean and calming, and the level of care is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who truly listens and provides top-level rehabilitation support, Cory Glover at Niche Physio & Pilates is outstanding. I’m incredibly grateful for the progress I’ve made and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cory and the entire Niche team to anyone.

Alexia is fab - thorough, knowledgable and so good at what she does. Wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Excellent knowledge and attention to detail. Im really happy with Niche and Alexia. Highly recommend.

Cory is an awesome physio — very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He really takes the time to listen and makes the most of your appointment. He also needles which I’ve always found very effective for me. The clinic itself is a lovely space and everyone has been very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I’m 55 and I had knee surgery and now doing physio I have found Cory at Niche Physio is easy to talk to and helping so much with the exercises he has given me I’m starting to feel like the old me and I’m putting in the effort at home to heal I can see results from when I started to now even though I still have a bit further to go every exercise is worth it to have my life back. I know I will get there and it’s hard somedays but I’m so thankful to have the support from Cory he is a great physio at Niche Physio I would highly recommend him and the other staff always have smiles and a welcome feeling when you walk in the door.

I've been coming to Niche for the past 8+ weeks for post operative physio and have always had a great experience with the team. A big shoutout to Corey who I couldn't recommend more. Corey really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain things properly. I always leave feeling confident with the progress I am making.

I had a great experience working with Cory at Niche Physio. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly. I felt real improvement after just a few sessions. Highly recommend Cory to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist in WA!

I’ve been seeing Cory Glover for a while now with some troublesome back issues. He’s been incredibly knowledgeable about the problem and helped me get back to being active and mobile with a really helpful mix of hands-on work and exercises. I have in particular appreciated his empathy and active listening - this sort of stuff really is no fun to deal with, and a sympathetic physio makes a huge difference! Would recommend without hesitation.

I’ve been seeing Alexia at Niche Physio & Pilates for several weeks now, and from the very first session, it was clear she has a deep understanding of injuries, anatomy, and how to get people back to strength in a way that never feels rushed.

She takes the time to assess not just what hurts, but why — looking at movement patterns, posture, and strength imbalances to get to the root of the issue.

If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely cares and knows exactly what she’s doing — stop looking. I’ve found her for you. Thank me later.

I first met Alexia three and a half years ago when she treated a previous injury, and now I’m seeing her again at Niche Pilates & Physiotherapy. She’s an incredible physiotherapist — attentive, skilled and genuinely caring. The new studio is cosy, welcoming and perfect for a physio session. Highly recommend Alexia and the space!

Suffering from pains for over a year linked to an hyper extension of my left arm, Hayden very professionally and promptly diagnosed me on the first go and remedied the origin of the pain. He was also able to recommend exercises to manage my injury and the healing long term. I do highly recommend him and wouldn’t go looking for anybody else!
